Reading for one who has incontinence

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 6984 ):
Q2: I recite the Qur'an, and my heart does not find comfort except in reciting the Qur'an. I have urine that flows with me without my being able to control myself, and I am unable to refrain from urinating, as it flows continuously, and apart from the urine, I am clean. Is it permissible for me to read the mushaf?
A2: If the situation is as described, there is no blame on you for reciting the Qur'an and touching the mushaf while in the state you mentioned. There is no blame on you for praying in the state you described, but you should perform istinja' and make wudu' for each prayer after the time has entered. What comes out of urine after that does not harm you. You should wash what has affected your body or your garment from it before the prayer, and if you find it with you during the prayer, it does not harm you. Allah the Exalted said:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacityلاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلا وُسْعَهَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
And He the Exalted said:
and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficultyوَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ
[Al-Hajj 22:78]
. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
