Placing an image of a human or an animal in the mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 1619 ):
Q3: What is the ruling on one who places an image of a human or an animal in the mosque? Is it permissible to pray in that mosque or not? Is the prayer valid in a garment that contains an image of a human or an animal, and is it permissible to decorate a study room or a bedroom with an image of a human or an animal?
A3: It is not permissible to place an image of a human or an animal in the mosque, and it must be removed from the mosque in which it is located. If one prays in it while the image is
present, his prayer is valid, and he must not place the image in front of him. The sin lies with the one who placed it and with the one who is able to remove it but did not. If a person prays in a garment that contains an image of a human or an animal, his prayer is valid, but he has committed a sin. It is not permissible to decorate a study room, a bedroom, or any other place with an image of a human or an animal. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
