The third question of Fatwa No. ( 6304 ):
Q3: What is the punishment of Satan? Does he enter the Fire like a Muslim who never performed an obligatory duty of Allah the Exalted in his life, or does the Fire have levels just as Paradise has degrees?
A3: The punishment of Iblis and his followers is Hell, as Allah the Exalted informed us in His Book. He said:[Sad 38:84-85] , and the Fire has levels just as Paradise has degrees. The scholars drew attention to this in the saying of Allah the Exalted: [An-Nisa 4:145] , and He said: [Ali 'Imran 3:162-163] . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

(84) [Allah] said, "The truth [is My oath], and the truth I say - (85) [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together."
قَالَ فَالْحَقُّ وَالْحَقَّ أَقُولُ (84) لأَمْلأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنْكَ وَمِمَّنْ تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَIndeed, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the Fire - and never will you find for them a helper -
إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ فِي الدَّرْكِ الأَسْفَلِ مِنَ النَّارِ وَلَنْ تَجِدَ لَهُمْ نَصِيرًا(162) So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allah like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allah and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination. (163) They are [varying] degrees in the sight of Allah, and Allah is Seeing of whatever they do.
أَفَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَ اللَّهِ كَمَنْ بَاءَ بِسَخَطٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَمَأْوَاهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ (162) هُمْ دَرَجَاتٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ بَصِيرٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ
