Q1: Does one who has been subjected to a hudud punishment face punishment on the Day of Resurrection?
A 1: In (al-Bukhari and Muslim) and others, it is narrated from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: From this hadith, it becomes clear that the hudud punishments are expiations for those upon whom they are carried out. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

A 1: In (al-Bukhari and Muslim) and others, it is narrated from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
Make a covenant with me that you will not associate anything with Allah, not commit unlawful sexual intercourse, not steal, and not kill the soul that Allah has forbidden except by right. Whoever among you fulfills this, his reward is with Allah. And whoever among you commits any of these and is punished for it in this world, it is an expiation for him. And whoever among you commits any of these and Allah covers it for him, his case is left to Allah; if He wills, He will forgive him, and if He wills, He will punish him.
