A2: Yes, it is permissible for us to call the Jew and the Christian disbelievers and to describe them as such
and to rule that they are disbelievers; because Allah named them as such and ruled them to be so. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Bayyinah 98:1] and the People of the Book: they are the Jews and the Christians , and He said: [Al-Ma'idah 5:17] the verse, and He said: [Al-Ma'idah 5:73] the verse... to the extent of other Qur'anic and Prophetic texts in which the ruling of their disbelief is stated. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَThey have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the third of three."
لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلاثَةٍ
