Cases of Disbelief

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 7503 ):
Q4: I request that you present all the cases that render a person a disbeliever and expel him from the religion, along with the ruling on this disbeliever, a presentation on apostasy, and a presentation on disbelief short of disbelief and loyalty and hatred for these disbelievers in Allah.
A4: The factors that render one a disbeliever and expel him from the religion of Islam are numerous, among them:
Denying what is known from the religion by necessity to be obligatory; such as denying the obligation of prayer, or zakah, or fasting, or Hajj, or the like, or deeming permissible what is known from Islam by necessity to be forbidden; such as unlawful sexual intercourse, drinking intoxicants, intentionally killing a soul without right, undutifulness to parents, and the like. And among them is insulting Allah, or His Messenger, or the religion of Islam, or the angels, and the like. As for comprehending them all, you should refer to the chapter on the ruling of the apostate in the books of Islamic jurisprudence to learn it. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
