I am the imam of a mosque and I want to lengthen the tarawih prayer and recite the Qur'an with melody

The questioner : The questioner says, honorableThe Shaykh : I am the imam of a mosque and I want to lengthen the tarawih prayer and recite the Qur'an with melody. But the elderly people behind me, including my father, prevent me from doing so and cite to me hadiths about easing the burden
Are you a tempter, O Mu'adh? أفتان أنت يا معاذ؟
Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:696
and similar ones. So what is the standard, O honorable Shaykh, regarding the number of tasbih and the like in the prayer?

The Shaykh : Yes. The scholars say: The maximum number of tasbih in the prayer is ten, and the minimum of perfection is three. But the problem is how we perform the tasbih? Some people say: Subhan Allah, Subhan Allah, Subhan Allah. How many times did he say it? Yes? Four times in less than a second. This is not correct. Say: Subhan Rabbi al-A'la, Subhan Rabbi al-A'la, Subhan Rabbi al-A'la, Subhan Rabbi al-Azim, Subhan Rabbi al-Azim, Subhan Rabbi al-Azim. This is the minimum of perfection. And the maximum is ten. Then we say: The voluntary prayer is not like the obligatory prayer. The obligatory prayer requires that a person be present and pray with the congregation. Is the voluntary prayer obligatory? It is not obligatory. Also, for the obligatory prayer, a person must pray standing. And for the voluntary prayer, it is permissible to pray sitting. So tell your father and those like him among the elderly: If you are not able to pray standing, then pray sitting. And the matter, praise be to Allah, is broad. But let us seize the opportunity in this blessed month by adding a minute to a righteous deed. Yes.
