Q: Does Allah have the attribute of hurrah?
A: Yes, the attribute of hurrah is as it came in the noble Hadith Qudsi, in a manner befitting Him. Allah the Exalted said:Sahih al-Bukhari 7536 It was narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim . And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

إذا تقرب إليَّ العبد شبرًا تقربت إليه ذراعًا، وإذا تقرب إليَّ ذراعًا تقربت منه باعًا، وإذا أتاني ماشيًا أتيته هرولة
