Fatwa No. ( 8687 ):
Q: I heard the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him):
Indeed, Allah sends, at the head of every hundred years, one who will rectify for this Ummah the affairs of its religion.
إن الله يبعث على رأس كل مائة عام من يصلح لهذه الأمة أمر دينها(b) Mention these righteous ones, if possible? (c) What is the meaning of: “he rectifies the affairs of the religion,” when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) left us upon the clear, white path? (d) How are they identified? (e) How accurate is the statement that they come at the head of the twelfth year of every Hijri century?
