Is the Saved Sect all from the people of Paradise?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 4360 ):
Q3: The hadith in which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
and my nation will split into seventy-three sects.وستفترق أمتي على ثلاث وسبعين فرقة
Sunan Ibn Majah 3991Hasan (Darussalam)
, and does this entire sect enter Paradise, with none of them abiding in the Fire,
or not?

A3: It is established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
The Jews split into seventy-one sects, and the Christians split into seventy-two sects, and this Ummah will split into seventy-three sects, all of them in the Fire except one. They said: Who are they, O Messenger of Allah? He said: Those who are upon what I am upon today and my Companions.
, and this hadith indicates the explanation of the Saved Sect
and that it is the one holding fast to the Shari'ah in speech, action, and belief, and whoever dies upon this is certainly from the people of Paradise. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
