The questioner : A questioner says, O honorableThe Shaykh : You performed Hajj last year. Rather, the questioner says, Your Honor,The Shaykh : I performed Hajj last year with my husband. And on the Day of 'Arafah my husband was lost, and I did not see him until after Hajj was completed in my country. So, is my Hajj valid or deficient?

The Shaykh : The Hajj is valid and not deficient, due to the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:
So fear Allah as much as you are able فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[At-Taghabun 64:16]
. And due to His saying, the Exalted:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity لا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْساً إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
. And what do you do if her husband is lost? She continues in her Hajj and returns with her companions. Yes.
