Explanation of the hadith of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: (The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him . . . ) .

The Shaykh : After this, we return to the hadith, and I do not think the hadith requires a great deal of explanation after Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) directed the question that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) answered, whereby he removed the ambiguity.
Whoever loves to meet Allah, then Allah loves to meet him. And whoever dislikes meeting Allah, then Allah dislikes meeting him.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1066Sahih (Darussalam)
What comes to mind from the meaning of this hadith is what came to the mind of Lady Aisha, which is that meeting Allah is death, absolute death. So she said, "I hate death." In her question here, there is something of the etiquette she received from her Master and her husband, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), because her question was not a question of confirmation, but rather a question of inquiry and clarification. People differ in such matters, some from others.
So I mention, for example, Lady Hafsa, also a wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but she is not in the position of Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) in terms of fame in Prophetic knowledge. So it is necessary that the effect of this difference in knowledge appears in the actions of each of them, in their speech, and in their questions.
So I mention, for example, a hadith in Muslim's Sahih, which is from the narration of this Lady Hafsa (may Allah be pleased with her). She said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
No one of those who took the oath of allegiance under the tree will go to hell.
Sunan Abi Dawud 4653Sahih (Al-Albani)
No one from the people of the tree will enter the Fire. She said: How is this, when Allah the Mighty and Majestic says: "And there is no one among you but will pass by it. It is a binding decree upon your Lord." He (peace be upon him) answered her: Did not Allah the Mighty and Majestic say after that: "Then We will save those who fear Us, and We will leave the wrongdoers therein prostrate." .
So I notice a difference between this question and this question. Here, Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says:
O Messenger of Allah, do we hate death? All of us hate death. He said: It is not that.
The Messenger (peace be upon him) explained that this love for meeting Allah and that hatred for this meeting is not during the life of the person and his movement in this world, but in a single moment when death approaches him. It is not in the moments of presence, but in a single moment when his sight and insight are unveiled and he sees his place in Paradise or in the Fire. So whoever was a believer was given glad tidings that he has Paradise, and whoever was a disbeliever, may Allah protect us from that, was given bad tidings of the Fire.
So there is the love mentioned for meeting Allah and the hatred mentioned for meeting Allah. That is, if a Muslim is approached by death, then there, as Allah the Mighty and Majestic said in the Noble Qur'an:
Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah " and then remained on a right course - the angels will descend upon them, [saying], "Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised. إن الذين قالوا ربنا الله ثم استقاموا تتنزل عليهم الملائكة ألا تخافوا ولا تحزنوا وأبشروا بالجنة التي كنتم توعدون
[Fussilat 41:30]
The angels descend upon them. When? At the hour of the approach of death. It is not as some of the deviant Sufis, who deviate from the Book and the Muhammadan Sunnah, claim that the angels descend upon the people of Allah, claiming always and forever. No.
This verse is interpreted in this way in the books of tafsir in the Salafi manner: The angels descend upon them, meaning bringing them glad tidings when death approaches them. At that time, the believer rejoices in meeting Allah the Mighty and Majestic, so Allah the Mighty and Majestic receives him with the like of that. And the opposite is the opposite: the disbeliever is given bad tidings of the Fire, so he naturally hates meeting Allah, and Allah hates his meeting Him.
