And all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds
Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him, and whoever dislikes meeting Allah, Allah dislikes meeting him. We said: O Messenger of Allah, all of us dislike death. He said: That is not a dislike of death, but when the believer is on his deathbed, the good news from Allah comes to him, and nothing is more beloved to him than that he has met Allah, so Allah loves to meet him. And when the wrongdoer or the disbeliever is on his deathbed, what he is destined to face of evil and what he will encounter of evil comes to him, so he dislikes meeting Allah, and Allah dislikes meeting him.
It was said: O Messenger of Allah, none of us is there who does not dislike death. He said: It is not a dislike of death. When the believer is given the good news from Allah, Mighty and Majestic, nothing is more beloved to him than meeting Allah, and Allah is more beloved to him in meeting him. And when the disbeliever is given what he dislikes, nothing is more hateful to him than meeting Allah, and Allah, Mighty and Majestic, is more hateful to him in meeting him.
Then he said: And from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said, meaning from Allah, Mighty and Majestic, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said, meaning:
Allah, the Most High, said: If My slave loves to meet Me, I love to meet him, and if he hates to meet Me, I hate to meet him.
