The Shaykh : Since cursing involves the use of a term that is not appropriate in terms of the Shari'ah, the author followed it with another hadith that we do not usually recite because its chain of narration is weak, but the reality is that this hadith which follows it, which is worded as: Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 310.
With this completeness and this perfection, its chain of narration is weak, but the first phrase of it is authentic:Sunan Abi Dawud 4792Hasan Sahih (Al-Albani). This was reported in more than one authentic hadith; therefore, the previous hadith contains an admonition for the Muslim to guard his tongue so that he does not utter a curse. As for the hadith that follows it, it is more comprehensive and broader, in that he (peace and blessings be upon him) stated: Sunan Abi Dawud 4792Hasan Sahih (Al-Albani). This means that this includes all speech that is not appropriate to use, the obscene word, whether it is a curse, or an insult to religion, or an insult to his face, or something similar, or an insult to his lineage, or anything that is not permissible in Islam. This is a matter whose owner Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) does not love; rather, He hates him.
Allah does not love the loud and coarse nor the one who shouts in the markets.
إنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُ الفَاحِشَ المُتَفَحِّشَ ، وَلَا الصَيَّاحَ فِي الأسوَاقِWith this completeness and this perfection, its chain of narration is weak, but the first phrase of it is authentic:
Allah does not like the one who is unseemly and lewd in his language.
إنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُ الفَاحِشَ المُتَفَحِّشَAllah does not like the one who is unseemly and lewd in his language.
إنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُ الفَاحِشَ المُتَفَحِّشَ
