Explanation of the refutation of the Asha'irah in their permission of injustice coming from Allah, and that this is an action in His dominion, by His saying (peace be upon him)

The Shaykh : Especially in this hadith, attention is drawn to the explicit refutation of the Asha'irah contained therein when he says: Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 490 : This is a text indicating that the injustice known to humans is that from which Allah - Blessed and Exalted is He - is free, so He does not do it. If a father or a teacher took his righteous student or son and punished him, and conversely, took his wicked son or lazy student and rewarded him, what would be said of this in the custom of people?! Is this not injustice?! Our Lord - Mighty and Majestic - is free from such things and from less than such things, by the explicit wording of this hadith: Sahih Muslim 2577a : Therefore, the definition of injustice according to the Ash'ari terminology is, first, contrary to the language, and second, contrary to all the texts of the Book and the Sunnah in which Allah - Mighty and Majestic - is free from oppressing people in any way, because this would mean that if He willed, He would do it, but despite His ability to do so, He does not do any injustice, because He possesses all attributes of perfection, including justice and the absence of injustice. This point is undoubtedly derived from the beginning of this hadith: Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 490 .
And there is no doubt that when Allah - Mighty and Majestic - explicitly states in the verses of the Qur'an and in this hadith that He has forbidden injustice for Himself, in that is reassurance for the sincere, righteous believers, that the outcome is for the righteous, and that matters with Allah - Mighty and Majestic - are not chaos without order. It is as the Asha'irah said: If He were to place Muhammad - peace be upon him - in the lowest depths, it would be permissible, and if He were to place Iblis the accursed in the highest ranks, it would be permissible. So the person in this life ... does not know whether he will be safe, while the truth is that this school of thought, that Allah - Mighty and Majestic - acts in His dominion as He wills without regard for these texts by which Allah - Mighty and Majestic - reassured us so that we do not despair and so that we do not live in turmoil, raises the question: How does our Lord - Mighty and Majestic - treat the righteous and how does He treat the wicked?! He - Blessed and Exalted is He - addresses us so that our souls may be at ease and our breasts may be expanded, as came in the end of this hadith:Sahih Muslim 2577a as in the wording of Muslim, Sahih Muslim 2577a .
Whereas if a person relied on that Ash'ari opinion, he would live in this life in turmoil, because no matter how much he strives, works, and toils to be pleased with Allah - Mighty and Majestic - and to be among the people of Paradise and bliss, who knows but Allah - Mighty and Majestic - might take him and put him in the Fire. And conversely, that person suffers and suffers and says the matter is not by deeds, the matter is only by the will of Allah - Mighty and Majestic -, so perhaps He will put me in Paradise. The matter becomes chaos without order. This alone is sufficient to show the error of this interpretation and the injustice of those people. Then in the Noble Qur'an there is an explicit verse:[Al-Qalam 68:35-36] : If it is said to them, and we have said to these Asha'irah: O people, how do you say it is permissible for Allah to punish the obedient and reward the disobedient? Does not Allah - Mighty and Majestic - say in this verse: [Al-Qalam 68:35-36] ?! They say: We say it is rationally permissible, not that Allah - Mighty and Majestic - does it. We say: Glory be to Allah! What has driven you into this dilemma, what has put you in the hole of the rabbit, since you believe that Allah - Mighty and Majestic - does not do what contradicts His mass-transmitted reports in the Qur'an and the Sunnah, yet you say: it is rationally permissible. This means, and this is very serious: that reason and the Shari'ah are not twins, they do not run together, because it is rationally permissible that our Lord punishes the obedient, but by the Shari'ah He does not. How is it permissible for Allah - Mighty and Majestic - to be attributed with an action that, if He did it, would be contrary to the injustice from which He is free, mentioned in this hadith and others. Therefore, in this hadith is the correction of one of the correct Islamic beliefs, from which the masses of Muslim scholars, known as the Asha'irah and the Ash'ariyyah, have deviated when they insert in their books the rule: "It is permissible for Allah to punish the obedient and reward the disobedient." This is a text found in "al-Jawharah" and other books and their explanations and marginal notes, and so on. So we say: It is not permissible for Allah - Mighty and Majestic - and it is impossible that He oppresses people by the width of a hair, because this contradicts the perfection of Allah - Exalted is He, the absolute perfection.
I have forbidden injustice for Myself and I have made it forbidden among you
I have forbidden oppression for Myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another.
My slaves! I have forbidden injustice for Myself and I have made it forbidden among you, so do not wrong one another.
He - Blessed and Exalted is He - addresses us so that our souls may be at ease and our breasts may be expanded, as came in the end of this hadith:
O My servants, it is but your deeds that I record for you
So let him who finds good, praise Allah, and let him who finds other than that blame no one but himself.
(35) Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals? (36) What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge?
(35) Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals? (36) What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge?
