The Shaykh : As for narration, there are—praise be to Allah—some young men emerging in this field, some in Jordan, some in Egypt, and some in Yemen. As for understanding, the reality is that the matter requires knowledge of jurisprudence, which they call comparative jurisprudence today, and knowledge of the evidence of both sides.
