I hope you will offer golden advice to some committed young people who are absorbed in the internet.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : As for being absorbed in the internet: it is well known that the internet contains both good and evil. Whoever seeks good in it will find it. It contains religious sciences, linguistic sciences, industrial sciences, and others. It also contains pure evil and much evil; it contains much evil. It has reached me that in its danger, it is more severe than satellite channels.
So my advice to my brothers—regarding the internet and satellite channels alike—is that they should fear Allah in themselves, and that they should know that they were not created for this; they were created to worship Allah (Mighty and Majestic). And if they lower themselves to what resembles animals, which is satisfying desires and lusts, they have lost this world and the Hereafter, may Allah protect us from that. So my Muslim brothers should preserve their religion, preserve their time, and not waste this precious, precious, precious life. By Allah, one minute is more precious than a thousand dirhams. Have you seen if death were to approach and it were said to a person: "Give us all of this world and we will delay you for one minute," he would say: "Yes." For this reason, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) said:
(99) [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back (100) That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.
[Al-Mu'minun 23:99-100]
.
I ask Allah for all of us a good ending. For this reason, it came in the hadith:
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet(s.a.w) said: "There is no one who dies but he shall regret." They said: "What shall he regret over O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "If he was a good doer, he regrets that he did not do more, and if he was an evil doer, he regrets that he did not stop." ما من ميت يموت إلا ندم، إن كان محسناً ندم أن لا يكون ازداد، وإن كان مسيئاً ندم أن لا يكون استعتب
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2403Da'if (Darussalam)
. Preserve your life, my brother. By Allah, it is more precious than gold and silver. And if a person does not waste a single dirham from his dirhams, how can he waste this life upon which happiness or misery depends? O Allah, make us among the happy ones. O Allah, make us among the happy ones. O Allah, make us among the happy ones, O Lord of the worlds. Yes.
Unayzah.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Not Unayzah?
