What is the wisdom behind the dislike of repeating the second congregation in a mosque that has a regular imam and a regular mu'adhdhin?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The wisdom in this ruling, which the three Imams adopted and Imam Ahmad followed in that authentic narration from him, is that establishing the second congregation and those after it in a mosque that has a regular imam and a regular mu'adhdhin leads to the division of the Muslim congregation, or at least to the reduction of the first congregation. It is the first congregation about which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The congregational prayer is superior to the prayer of the individual by five degrees, and in the other narration, by twenty-seven degrees. صلاة الجماعة تفضل صلاة الفذ بخمسٍ -وفي الرواية الأخرى- بسبعٍ وعشرين درجة
. This virtue is exclusive to the first congregation, as the evidence mentioned previously indicates that the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), if they missed the prayer with the congregation, meaning the first one, would pray individually. Why did they pray individually?
First, because the virtue we mentioned earlier, which is twenty-seven degrees, has been missed, so there is no way to compensate for it.
Second, because the practice of the Salaf was not to repeat the congregation.
The first congregation is the one to which our Prophet (may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him) referred in the hadith narrated by the two Shaykhs in their Sahihs from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I intended to order a man to lead the people in prayer, then order men to gather firewood, and then I would go to people who claim to pray with the congregation. لقد هممتُ أن آمر رجلاً فيصلي بالناس ، ثم آمر رجالاً فيحطبوا حطباً ثم أُخالف إلى أناسٍ يدعون الصلاة مع الجماعة
. The word "congregation" here is for the covenant, meaning the congregation that our Messenger used to establish.
If one of them knew that there were two good arrows in the mosque, he would attend it. لو يعلم أحدهم أن في المسجد مَرماتين حسنتين لشهدها
This means the 'Isha' prayer. And if we mention this hadith which contains this severe warning, where the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to burn the houses of those who lagged behind in the congregational prayer, this intention indicates the importance and greatness of the ruling of congregational prayer, which is that it is obligatory. If the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to burn those who lagged behind in this congregation, which is the first congregation, is there anyone who would say that such severe intimidation also applies to all the congregations established after the first congregation?!
I do not imagine that a scholar who has been given any knowledge of fiqh would dare to say that the one who lags behind the second congregation and those after it is punished as the one who lags behind the first congregation is punished.
