What is the ruling on Hajj and 'Umrah for a domestic worker if she does not have a mahram (a relative one may not marry) with her?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The Shaykh : Peace and the mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you.

The questioner : This is a brother asking, O honorable Shaykh, and he says: What is the ruling on Hajj and 'Umrah for a domestic worker if she does not have a mahram (a relative one may not marry) with her? And what is the ruling on receiving a domestic worker without a mahram, or transferring her sponsorship from the one who previously brought her in?

The Shaykh : Yes. These are two questions. The first question: If the household members perform Hajj and they have a domestic worker who does not have a mahram (a relative one may not marry) with her, let them take her with them. This is because their taking her with them is more protective for her than if she were to remain in the house alone or be lent to one of the people. So we see that she should go with them, because she remains with them in the house without a mahram (a relative one may not marry).
As for bringing in women without a mahram (a relative one may not marry), I used to be somewhat lenient about it at first. I would say: If her mahram (a relative one may not marry) brings her in and then returns, the matter is easy. But incidents occurred involving some people weak in faith and weak in modesty, which necessitated me to say: It is not permissible to bring in a domestic worker except with her mahram (a relative one may not marry) who remains with her. Yes. Yes. Please, do you have a question?

The questioner : Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

The questioner : We are here in Riyadh al-Khudra.

The Shaykh : May Allah keep you alive.

The questioner : They are listening at al-Khayr Mosque. We send you our peace and may Allah reward you with good. And all the questions that were presented to your eminence, which are very numerous, begin with the saying:The questioner : I love you for the sake of Allah.

The Shaykh : May Allah reward them with good and may Allah love them.
This questioner says: The organization of Hajj has been issued through organized tours, and this is financially burdensome for one who has four daughters, as it costs approximately fifteen thousand riyals at the very least. So is Hajj dropped from them?
And there is a similar question, and he says: This year, I intended to perform Hajj, along with some of my relatives, in our car.

The Shaykh : The first question. The first question. The voice was loud, so it was not clear to me. The first question.
