It is said that the reason for the pressure on you and the prevention of your public lessons is the Muslim Brotherhood through some of their contacts with officials; is this true?

The questioner : All right, my Shaykh, the young men in Amman say that the reason for the pressure on the Salafis, meaning the public lessons that you used to give, from which you were prevented, is that the Muslim Brotherhood contacts the senior officials here in Amman. They say that the Muslim Brotherhood is the cause of the pressure on the Salafi da'wah, as it is not in the government's interest to work with the Salafis specifically. Is this how it is with you, that everyone has left you?

The Shaykh : Yes, Allah knows best about it. The lessons I gave were only two.

The questioner : And then they prevented you from what?

The Shaykh : Then they sent me away, they exiled me, I mean. But are the Muslim Brotherhood behind that? Are the imitating scholars behind that? Are the superstitious Sufis behind that?
It is possible that they are all one hand, and it is possible that one group among them is solely responsible, but in reality, I cannot accuse one group over another, so Allah knows the truth of the matter.
