Is it permissible for a woman to seek ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) for the effect of the evil eye or from envy from a shaykh known for his righteousness?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a woman to seek ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) for the effect of the evil eye or from envy from a shaykh known for his righteousness?

The Shaykh : There is no difference in this ruling between a woman and a man, except in the aspect that she is required to observe other rulings pertaining to her, such as, for example, if she wants to seek a fatwa (a scholarly legal ruling)The Shaykh : on a matter that concerns her, she must be veiled and not adorned. Similarly, if she seeks ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation), it is permissible for a man to perform the ruqyah for her without touching any part of her body, because such touching is not permissible and may lead to temptation. However, merely reciting the supplication for her is a permissible matter in which she does not differ from men, based on his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Woman are counterpart of men. إنَّما النِّساء شقائق الرجال
