The Shaykh : Welcome.

The questioner: How are you and all the brothers with you?

The Shaykh: Praise be to Allah, we are well, if Allah wills, all of us.

The questioner: Praise be to Allah, we heard in your fatwa about the presence of Muslims in the lands of disbelief, and we understood its essence, and everything is clear and evident; except that there is a matter concerning a group of people whom we consider to be upon the correct methodology, and we do not declare anyone pure before Allah, and they came with reasons that are not convincing or justifying for coming, but they were unaware, and now they are entangled in staying in the lands of disbelief, so now the issue or problem is that these brothers are making preparations to leave this country at the earliest opportunity, but this matter does not happen overnight, it requires some time; especially since there are matters related to financial issues and so on, so there are naturally Muslim communities from different paths or different sects, and they have activity, and they present things for which Allah has not sent down authority from false and corrupt beliefs, and these brothers have the tapes - praise be to Allah - that clarify the clear truth from the Book of Allah - Exalted and Majestic is He - and the Sunnah of the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him -; especially the tapes - may Allah preserve you - and your fatwas and books; so there are some people who have decent academic capabilities who want to gather and cooperate with each other; as if they establish a program for as long as they are present until they are able to leave the country; as if they engage in da'wah work initially to benefit themselves first and to restrict Satan as mentioned in the hadith of the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - : ; so from this perspective, now before they enter into this matter, they want to consult your eminence in this matter; because anything that is not established on the guidance of Allah, we do not expect a fruitful result for it; so therefore - may Allah bless you - we want you to clarify this matter for us?

The Shaykh: You have done well - may Allah bless you - , regarding your statement: that the matter of leaving those countries is not easy; so it is necessary to take some measures, this is understandable, and in response to it we say: ; so there is no harm in them making preparations and taking the possible means to hasten their exit and escape from the center of corruption to which they were tested with going for one reason or another, but what you mentioned in the details of your speech is that they want to establish a methodology or program to teach people and call them to Allah - Mighty and Majestic -; I fear most of all that this work will be made attractive to them so they become reassured by it and rely on what they were doing of settling in the lands of disbelief; so if they are truly determined to leave those countries at the earliest possible time with taking the measures; then the alternative to spending this time that is necessary during the taking of measures is that they must also occupy the remaining time with calling to Allah - Mighty and Majestic -; but their goal in the end must be escape and safety from those countries at the earliest possible time, so if they do not fear that taking those methodologies in the path of calling others will lead them to settle in the land and remain in that land; then we do not permit them to adopt such a methodology if this fear is likely to befall them, otherwise there is no harm in combining both matters as long as they are striving earnestly to flee with their religion as our Lord - Mighty and Majestic - said: .
