I have four children and my husband is a man of open sinfulness, so should I leave him or stay with him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : By Allah, this matter is extremely delicate. Your question now is different from the previous one. Be patient, be patient, I understood you, now you must understand me. So I will say: since you are saying that this man does this and that, I do not advise you to live with him. But I do not know the extent of your patience and your ability to bear being separated from him. And you are saying you have four children. Please forgive me, may Allah bless you. I am answering you now, and you must understand the answer. I cannot say "do not leave him," and I cannot say "leave him." However, the principle in the Islamic ruling is that the pious Muslim woman, as you describe yourself, and by Allah, your statement is a witness against you and your husband, is that the Shari'ah says you should not live with a man of open sinfulness. But I cannot say whether you will be patient if he divorces you or not. This is up to you, as He (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:
Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, بَلِ الْإِنْسَانُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَةٌ
[Al-Qiyamah 75:14]
. Did you understand the second part of the answer? Good. This is it. You must now resolve the problem. I am not a judge, I am a mufti, and I have answered you. As for how you will resolve your problem, it is as Allah said:
Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, بَلِ الْإِنْسَانُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَةٌ
[Al-Qiyamah 75:14]
. If you requested what? No, you would not be sinful. No. Peace be upon you.
