A man who deals in riba and works in trade and agriculture alongside riba; do his heirs inherit his wealth, or what should they do with it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The first question: A man who deals in riba, and works in trade and agriculture alongside riba; do his heirs inherit his wealth, or what should they do with it?
Answer: There is no doubt that they inherit his wealth; because if his wealth had not been mixed with the profit from trade, this wealth would become an inheritance for the heirs; so the loss would be upon him and the gain would be theirs; how much more so when the question is that, in addition to this forbidden earnings, there is lawful earnings through trade? Therefore, this inheritance is lawful with no doubt in it, but the deceased is, of course, accountable before Allah because he acquired a portion of this wealth through riba, which is strictly forbidden.
I think this is clear? Let us move on to the second question.
