Is the one who collects zakah given a percentage of what he collects, or a fixed salary? Knowing that the percentage may be very large?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Mashhour: If the compensation were, for example, that this person, with his capacity and the profession he practices, might mean, for example, working in the best possible way that Allah might open up for him in the apparent causes, he takes, for example, two hundred dinars, one hundred and fifty dinars; so this percentage might sometimes reach two thousand to three thousand dinars; even with this, is it prescribed for him to take this large amount?

The Shaykh: I mean, instead of taking two hundred, he takes two thousand?
Mashhour: If he did not work in the profession of zakah, and worked in the best profession in the apparent causes, he did not obtain two hundred dinars, but he agreed with the brothers that I want to take a percentage, for example, two percent, five percent, ten percent, or they suggested it to him, so he went and brought a large amount.

The Shaykh: No, this is not permissible.
Mashhour: So he took two thousand dinars, for example?

The Shaykh: It is not permissible; he must be given a fixed salary.
Al-Mashhoor: But not a percentage?

The Shaykh: No.
Mashhur: May Allah reward you with good.
