The Shaykh : The outward is the title of the inward; so in every matter where Muslims are divided in their outward appearance, this division has a bad effect on their inward state. The outward is connected to the inward with the strongest connection, and we have many, many proofs; therefore, I will now limit myself to this brief indication. This physical division leads to division of the heart; this is a legal reality, and we have proofs, and this passing indication is sufficient for us now.
