The questioner : There is a woman who has been afflicted with possession, and her family went to a shaykh, who wrote an amulet for her. When they place the amulet, this possession leaves and she returns to her normal state. However, if they try to recite the Qur'an for her or if she tries to stand to perform the prayer, this possession returns. What should they do?

The Shaykh : To be delivered from this possession, they should remove the amulet; because this is undoubtedly from the work of Satan.
