Your Eminence! What is your opinion of the book *In the Shade of the Qur'an*, and what do you say about its author?
The book *In the Shade of the Qur'an* is a literary exegesis, and its author leans toward literary styles. It contains some later sciences, and it also contains beneficial sciences, but it has many errors. Shaykh 'Abd Allah al-Duwaysh (may Allah have mercy on him) pointed them out and wrote a book on this matter, drawing attention to these errors in it. It is good for you to review it.
