Explaining the Meaning of Allah’s Accompaniment of His Creation

The honorable Shaykh! Is the attribute of accompaniment an essential attribute or an attribute of action?
The general attribute of accompaniment is an essential attribute; because Allah the Exalted has always been and continues to be encompassing of His servants. As for the specific accompaniment, it is among the attributes of actions; because its implication is victory and support, and this—meaning victory and support—does not occur except for one who deserves it. And deserving it only happens through a new action from the human being, so the attribute resulting from it is among the attributes of actions.
