The Lawfulness of Drawing Near to Allah with a Sacrifice

A man draws near to Allah with a sacrifice, but not during the time of the 'Id sacrifice?
It is well known that drawing near to Allah with a sacrifice outside the time of the 'Id sacrifice does not earn the reward of the 'Id sacrifice; however, if he gives the meat in charity, he earns the reward of charity, but he does not earn the reward of the 'Id sacrifice.And at that point, we say to him: Do not draw near to Allah by slaughtering except with the intention that you wish to draw near through giving the meat in charity.
