Slaughtering the 'Id sacrifice in a country other than the sacrificer's

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is it permissible to slaughter the 'Id sacrifice in a country other than the sacrificer'sFor example: country? Is it prescribed to slaughter the sacrifices in Africa?
The sacrifice is to be slaughtered in the sacrificer's country; this is the Sunnah, it is what is prescribed, and it is the best and most complete,As for transferring it to another country, we have said: due to the obligation to eat from it. It is not permissible to transfer it to another country, unless they guarantee that we will receive from this meat what we eat.And if we say: If there is no obligation, it is permissible, but it is contrary to the Sunnah. For this reason, we say and repeat to our brothers: They should not do this.Meaning: They should not send their sacrifices abroad, but rather they should slaughter them in their homes, among their families, so that this ritual is displayed and the young learn it from the old. As for sending money to have it slaughtered here, that is not allowed. If he wants to benefit his brothers in other countries, he should send them money, as the money may be more beneficial to them than the meat.
