Discussion of public facilities in which interest is placed.

The Shaykh : ... from the water, you pull it with money so that the traveler, the one coming and the one going, the poor and the rich, and so on, benefit from it. A road that needs paving is paved, for example, a parking lot where many people frequent it. Even though it is a parking lot, there is no toilet for men or a toilet for women. If a toilet for men and a toilet for women were built in this parking lot, that would be one of the public facilities. The examples cannot be counted, O Muslim.

The questioner : Good. I feel as if I heard you say, and Allah knows best, that the one who transmitted it said it is possible to give it as a tax to the government or something like that... Good. May Allah reward you with good.
