Explanation of the invalidity of the story regarding the reason for the command to perform ablution from camel meat

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: Some people mention that the reason camel meat is among the things that invalidate ablution is a story reported from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): that he was with his Companions before the prayer, and one of them passed wind,So the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: so he said, "Whoever among you has eaten camel meat, let him perform ablution to cover it up." What is the authenticity of this story?

This story is invalid, my brother! The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) could have said: "Let whoever has passed wind perform wudu," and the Companions had such frankness that they did not fear being exposed. Then the Messenger was asked a question: (Do I perform ablution from sheep meat?He said: If you wish,He said: Do I perform ablution from camel meat? He said, "Yes.") So this is not the reason; this is an incorrect reason.

The reason: The truth is that we were commanded to perform ablution from it, so we say: "Hear and obey."We were granted a dispensation regarding sheep meat, so we say: Praise be to Allah. As for the wisdom, some scholars say that the wisdom behind it is: that camels were created from the jinn, as came in the hadith, and the jinn affect the body. Therefore, when a person becomes angry, he is affected, and anger comes from the jinn. These meats affect the body, and water cools the body and eases it, just as a person is commanded to perform ablution when angry. This is part of the wisdom. If this is the wisdom, it is apparent; if not, our minds are too short to comprehend the wisdom of Allah the Exalted in His rulings.

Then I say to the students of knowledge: Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was asked by a woman who said: "Why does the menstruating woman make up the fast but not the prayer? Why?" She answered her with an answer that satisfies every believer:She said: "It used to happen to us, and we were commanded to make up the fast but not commanded to make up the prayer." This is the wisdom. All the commands and prohibitions of Allah are wisdom.Although Aisha, as I think, could have said: Making up the fast is because fasting does not repeat in the year except once, and prayer repeats, and menstruation usually comes once every month. If the menstruating woman were commanded to make up the prayer, it would be a burden on her. If we assume she is one who menstruates for fifteen days and is pure for fifteen days, it means hardship for her.

This is part of the wisdom: That prayer repeats, so making it up is difficult, and its repetition provides a dispensation from making it up, whereas fasting does not repeat.
