Marriage or Proposal

And among the prohibited matters—likewise—In the state of ihram: is for a man in the state of ihram to marry women or to propose to them. If a man marries a woman while he is in the state of ihram, the marriage contract is defective; because it is prohibited. It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: (Whoever does an action that is not in accordance with our command, it is rejected) And the one who marries while in the state of ihram has done an action that is not in accordance with the command of Allah and His Messenger, so it is rejected.
