The ruling on bringing in a worker from outside the country without the sponsor taking anything from the worker
A man brought in a worker from outside the country, not to give him a monthly salary, but he will come to this country and practice one of the artistic professions without taking anything from him or taking anything from him in exchange for the work. He brings him here and leaves him to roam the markets and shops just to earn a living, but the sponsor does not take anything in return for that?

Meaning: That he comes and works for himself, and the sponsor does not take anything from him,Meaning: That he does not need this man.

The questioner: Yes.
He does not need him.

The Shaykh: And what I understand is that the state does not allow the bringing in of foreigners unless a person needs them,Meaning: If there is no need, it does not allow it.
