Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And when the pregnant camels are left behind)

Allah the Exalted said:
And when full-term she-camels are neglected
[Surat al-Takwir: 4] (Al-'ishar) is the plural of 'ushra, which is: a pregnant she-camel whose pregnancy has reached ten months. It is among the most valuable of wealth for the Arabs. You will find its owner watching it, observing it, caring for it, taking refuge in it, and guarding it in this world; but in the Hereafter it is left behind and no attention is paid to it, because the person is occupied with a great, disturbing matter that makes him forget everything. As Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said:
(34) On the Day a man will flee from his brother (35) And his mother and his father (36) And his wife and his children, (37) For every man, that Day, will be a matter adequate for him.
[Surat 'Abasa: 34-37].
