Ruling on Renting a Shop to One Who Shaves Beards

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man has a commercial shop, but he has rented it out as a barbershop, and there are ten barbers in it who shave beards. Is renting it out lawful or forbidden?
You know that barbers today mostly shave beards, and on this basis, it is not permissible for you to rent your shop to barbers; because this falls under the category of cooperating in sin and aggression, and Allah the Exalted said:
And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْأِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ
[Al-Ma'idah: 2] , However, if a barber comes to you wanting to rent the shop and says: I commit to you that I will not shave anyone's beard, then there is nothing wrong with that. If it happens that he shaves without your permission, the sin is upon him.
And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and all his Companions.
