A person who spent his life in disobedience to Allah the Exalted

The second category: The opposite is the one who spends his life in disobedience to Allah, Mighty and Majestic, in frivolity, heedlessness, and luxury that leads to ruin, until his life is wasted and he regrets it, but it is too late for regret. You will find him spending his life in things that do not please Allah, Mighty and Majestic. And when he performs an act of obedience, he does so in a manner that does not bring him closer to Him. In fact, he may perform an act of obedience merely out of habit; he became accustomed to doing this thing until it became his nature and disposition, without intending to seek the Face of Allah. This person, too, is a loser to the utmost degree of loss, may Allah protect us from that.
