The Rule for Combining the Two Prayers for the Traveler

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A person travels to a non-Muslim country and stays there for about a month, and at prayer times he is outside his place of residence, making it difficult for him to pray,For example: he may be in a place where he prays the midday prayer, and then in another place where he may not be able to pray the afternoon prayer. So what is the easiest thing for him? Do you see combining or shortening, and what is the easiest way, may Allah preserve you?
We see that if a traveler cannot pray each prayer in its time except with hardship or by missing a benefit, he should combine, either combining by bringing forward or combining by delaying, according to what is easier and simpler for his need, whether he wants to stay for a month, two months, or more; because there is no evidence specifying a duration after which the travel is considered ended,And on this basis, we say to this brother: combine the midday and afternoon prayers by bringing forward or delaying, according to what is easiest for you, and likewise the sunset and night prayers.
