Ruling on the pilgrim in ihram covering his head while sleeping

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is it permissible for the pilgrim in ihram to cover his head while sleeping?
If the pilgrim in ihram is a woman, it is well known that she is permitted to cover her head. However, if he is a man, it is not permissible for him to cover his head, neither while sleeping nor while awake. But if he covers it while he is sleeping and then wakes up, he must remove it, meaning: uncover his head, and he owes nothing; because the pen is lifted from the sleeper.
Even if the weather is cold, it is not permissible for him to cover it. But if he fears harm, he is like one who has an ailment in his head; he covers it and pays expiation, either by fasting for three days, or by feeding six poor people, half a sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) for each poor person, or by slaughtering a sheep.
