The Benefit of the Verse of the Throne for the One Who Recites It

His Eminence the Shaykh: What is the authenticity of the hadith: “Whoever recites the Verse of the Throne three times, in the first recitation he is protected, in the second his household is protected, and in the third his tribe is protected”?
This is an invalid hadith; it is not authentic. The Verse of the Throne does not benefit anyone except the one who recites it: “Whoever recites it in the night, a protector from Allah will not cease to be over him, and no devil will approach him until he becomes morning”.
