Honoring the Elder and Starting with Him in the Gathering

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
May Allah preserve you, O Shaykh! If a person enters a gathering and wants to pour coffee, with whom does he start? Does he start with the person on his right, even if they are young? Or what does he do?
He starts with the eldest of the people, then he starts with the person on his right, not the person on the right of that eldest one.For example: If he enters the gathering and finds the elders at the front of the gathering, he goes to the front of the gathering and gives to the eldest, then he starts with the person on his right. The person on his right will be on the left of that eldest one; because giving to the right is better. So we gave it to him based on the saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him): (Give to the eldest, give to the eldest) then we give to the person on the right.
As for if there is only one vessel and we gave it to the eldest and he finished it, then the person on his right is given it, even if he is young, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) did.
