Lying down after the Sunnah of Fajr

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
May Allah reward you, O Shaykh! Regarding lying down after the Sunnah of the Fajr prayer, is it specific to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), or to the imam, or is it general for Muslims?

What appears: It is a recommended practice for whoever needs it, such as if a person is tired and wants to rest by lying down in order to be able to perform the Fajr prayer.
As for one who has no need for it, then no. Likewise, one who fears that if he lies down he will fall asleep and will not wake up until after the sun has risen, he also does not lie down.
