The reason for the tanwin in the saying of the Exalted: (On a Day when a close friend will not avail a close friend of anything)

Your Eminence! Allah the Exalted said:
The Day when no relation will avail a relation at all, nor will they be helped -يَوْمَ لا يُغْنِي مَوْلَىً عَنْ مَوْلَىً شَيْئاً وَلا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ
[Surat al-Dukhan: 41] What is the reason for the tanwin in his saying:
relation will avail a relationمَوْلَىً عَنْ مَوْلَىً
[Surat al-Dukhan: 41] ?
This is like
hudanهُدَىً
[Surat al-Baqarah: 2] The alif here is not the alif of femininity, for the one that is prevented from having tanwin is when the alif in it is the alif of femininity, whereas this is part of the name from the structure of the word,For example: (guidance) , and (satisfaction), and what is similar to them.
