Supplication at the Graveyard for the Visitor, Not for the Passerby

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Supplication when passing by graves: Is it said in the graveyard, or simply when passing by them on the street?
Supplication for visiting graves is done when a person goes out to the graveyard to visit the occupants of the graves in a manner that serves as a reminder for him,And for this, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (I used to forbid you from visiting graves, but now visit them, for they remind you of death).
And this does not happen when merely passing by.

But some scholars said: If he passes by them, let him offer the greeting of peace, and he will receive reward; because he will be making supplication for his brothers, thus doing them a favor, and there is good in this.
