Da'wah work among men and women

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
There are some brother da'is who work in the field of nursing, and this field involves free mixing of men and women. Should they call only men, or both men and women?
It is obligatory for a person to call to the religion of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), but a man addressing a woman, even in calling her to Allah, may lead to fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). Therefore, it is better that there be righteous female nurses who call the women, and men who call the men, so that fitnah does not occur. This is because Satan flows through the son of Adam like blood, and perhaps through direct address, Satan may enter between the woman and the man.
Every situation has its own appropriate response.
However, if there are, for example, women gathered together and a man delivers a sermon to them, there is nothing wrong with that. But direct da'wah to a woman, we do not see any benefit in it; and even if there were benefit, the harm in it would be greater.
As for the male nurses, he should call them. But if you fear that they will be repelled, call them one by one. For example, you invite one of them to your house, serve him coffee, make him feel comfortable, and present Islam to him.
As for one who does not call while he is able to, I fear that he will commit a sin for that.
