Ruling on the statement: "The years of drought have passed and the years of abundance have come"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
We have heard people saying: The questioner says: "The celestial bodies have completed their cycle, so the years of drought have passed and the years of abundance have come. What is the ruling on such a statement? And what is the description of cursing time?"

This statement is not correct: First: Does he have knowledge that time, in its beginning, was a time of abundance and prosperity? If so, it is a statement made without knowledge.

Second: That such a statement has not occurred,Meaning: This year is like the one before it, and a time has come upon us that we have witnessed which had more rain and more vegetation than this, and there is no need for this.

As for cursing time: It is to curse the time and the era, by saying—may Allah protect us from that: "May Allah curse the time," or "May Allah curse this day," or "May Allah curse this year," or the like.
And would he be a believer in the star and a disbeliever in Allah?Answer: No, because he did not claim that it rained because of the star,But he said: That Allah has returned to people what he claimed was the case in the beginning.
