Tafsir of Surat al-Duha

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.

To proceed: This is the seventy-seventh of the weekly meetings that take place every Thursday, and this day is Thursday, the twenty-ninth of Jumada al-Ula, 1415 AH. We ask Allah the Exalted to make these meetings beneficial and to make them useful knowledge by which we are guided to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He).
In our meeting today, we will speak about what is facilitated from Surat al-Duha,Allah Blessed and Exalted said:
(2) And [by] the night when it covers with darkness, (3) Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you].وَالضُّحَى * وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى * مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى
[al-Duha:1-3] We are speaking about this because we have already spoken about what preceded it, from Surat al-Naba to Surat al-Layl, and all praise is due to Allah.
