Ruling on the wudu of one who has oil or the like on his body

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the validity of the wudu of one who has applied oil to his head or placed some oil on his body?
If one has applied oil, henna, or the like to his head, there is no harm in it, and he wipes over it, even if the water does not reach the hair; because this is a matter in which leniency is granted; as evidenced by the fact that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was applying oil to his head during his ihram.
And praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
And may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.
