The Ruling on Acting in the Roles of the Companions and the Imams

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: What is the ruling on acting in the roles of the Companions and the Successors, and what happens in the summer camps?
I see that acting in the roles of the Companions and the Imams from the Successors and others is not permissible; because that leads to their contempt and belittlement, especially if the one acting is not one of the people of prayer, such as a shaven man, for example, who puts a beard on himself—falsely—and acts as one of these people, then this is not permissible.
And what should be done is to avoid acting altogether, but if the acting does not include anything forbidden and it is in treating one of the problems, then I hope there is no harm in that. However, if it includes something forbidden, such as lying or the like, then that is not permissible. And it came in the hadith: (Woe to the one who speaks and lies to make the people laugh with it, woe to him, then woe to him).
